Jon is the director and founder of AI & analytics consultancy Qualifai. Prior to this Jon has a decade of experience in AI & analytics in the consumer goods, retail, and public sectors. Having been the lead data scientist one of the world's largest technology consultancies, with experience managing large data science and engineering teams, and developing data strategies and product roadmaps. He has an MSc in Machine Learning from University College London.
Michael is a Lead Data Engineer with four years in data engineering and data science consulting, leading complex technical projects and providing data and AI solutions to clients across the consumer goods & retail, public sector and financial services. He has previously worked at Capgemini Invent and Deloitte and has an MSc in Operational Research from the University of Southampton.
Felicity is our People & Marketing Manager, looking after HR operations and Marketing. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Nottingham Trent University and previously has worked as a Teacher at Pirehill First School in Staffordshire.
